When calling to schedule one of the following programs, remember to
specify that you want the artist's Holiday Program.

Music Programs

Anointed Sons of God
This gospel singing group offers 8-10 holiday songs from Silver Bells to Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer delivering styles from traditional to their own personal arrangements. The program is narrated between each song to emphasize the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. This program is sure to be educational and entertaining.  The vehicle of delivery may be different, but the message remains the same!

Bones of Cincinnatus
"Slide into the Holidays"- No need to worry about falling when the sliding we're talking about is with a trombone ensemble. The program we have prepared will include some of the most endearing songs of the Christmas and winter time season, presented with the unique sound of a trombone choir. Available for evening performances Dec. 8th through December 12th. 

Brian and Susan Deyo
He plays guitar; she sings (actually, they both sing, but she sings WELL)...Songs of the Holidays-some are songs of faith, some songs of fun! Some beautiful vocal solos, a couple of show-off guitar solos, and quite a few sing-alongs! They will supply lyric sheets for the sing-alongs. 

Carolyn Pratt and Jim Walton
Carolyn and Jim perform music of the season with 20 fingers on the piano keys! Christmas and Winter favorites are featured in attractive arrangements for piano duet from the serene to the sensational.

Chris Cusentino & Jeff Roberts
Chris and Jeff put a fun twist to any party with their humor and interactive performance.  Don't miss out on their holiday performance including traditional holiday tunes and special requests Bluegrass style.

Dave Hawkins with Peg Buchanan
Guitar, Vocal and Fiddle- AN ANNUAL FAVORITE! Once again, Dave and Peg are offering Folk and Celtic Fiddle Tunes and Songs of the season. From Ireland/Scotland/Wales/ISRAEL and America! Sing along songs and some fun, and reflective Christmas and Hanukah tunes. This program also includes non-holiday songs and folk songs familiar to all. 

Foley Road- Accoustic Instruments
Join Foley Road's accoustic renditions of your favorite holiday and Celtic tunes- both secular and Christian- using instruments such as the hammer dulcimer, gothic harp, various guitars and percussion instruments like the bodhran. This group is sure to get your toes tappin! 

Gigi and Carmen
Enjoy the season with Gigi and Carmen as they present their holiday special. Featuring traditional and favorite carols, hymns, songs of Christmas and a variety of music standards by Sinatra, Bennett, Streisand and others. This is a delightful, festive show for all involved.

The Harmonizing Dylans
The Harmonizing Dylans offer a Christmas program featuring instrumental and vocal arrangements of popular and traditional music. Selections available upon request. Please note, Penny McDaniel offers solo piano selections as atmosphere or background music.

James McBride- sax and flute
Jim has cooked up a baker's dozen of warm and cozy arrangements of favorite Christmas songs, both sacred and secular. Jim delivers the goods playing his trademaark jazy renditions on soprano sax and flute that will be sure to delight the child in us all! Jerry Conrad- vocals and trumpet
Jerry's holiday program consists of many favorite holiday tunes including Jingle Bells, White Christmas, Rudolph, Here Comes Santa Claus, Blue Christmas, A Holly Jolly Christmas, I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus, Deck The Halls and many more that will be sure to get the seniors singing along. 

Kyle Meadows - Hammered Dulcimer
A frequent performer with the Cincinnati Fine Arts Fund and the Kentucky Arts Council, Kyle is a distinguished instrumentalist. For the holiday season, he has a beautiful program of traditional and familiar carols (many Old English) played on the hammered dulcimer. The result is absolutely heavenly. Guaranteed to get everyone in a peaceful holiday spirit.

Kyle Meadows and Tisa McGraw
In this program Kyle pairs up with Tisa McGraw to play a beautiful program of traditional and familiar carols, (many Old English) played on the Celtic harp and the hammered dulcimer. The combination of instruments and tunes is absolutely heavenly. Guaranteed to get everyone in a peaceful holiday spirit. 

Laura Hazelbaker: For Kids from 1 to 92 ....With enthusiasm, Laura will present your favorite holiday music. From the sacred Christmas & Hanukkah repertoire to some fun seasonaland holiday songs, she'll lead sing-a-longs and perform instrumentally. A guaranteed good time! 

Maribeth Samoya 
Maribeth offers a variety of traditional and pop holiday tunes, on piano and piano with vocals. The program encourages audience participation in sing-alongs.

Pete Papania
Singer/Guitarist, will entertain your group with popular and traditional songs of the season. Songs include seasonal favorites for sing along and for your listening pleasure. 

Phil DeGreg- Christmas Jazz
CCM Professor and former Woody Herman pianist Phil DeGreg plays the songs of Christmas, from the secular to the sacred, with unique and fresh jazz solo piano arrangements.

Raison D'Etre
"Christmas Belles," an hour of traditional carols and a few secular surprises from their holiday CD of the same name. Be ready to sing along and to play a few percussion instruments to celebrate the season.

Richard Goering- Guitarist
Favorite holiday melodies, beloved carols, and music of the season presented by classical guitarist Richard Goering.  One guitar - so much holiday cheer! 

Richard Scott
Keyboards, Vocals Covering a wide range of classic holiday songs from Mel Torme ("The Christmas Song"), John Denver ("Christmas For Cowboys" and "Aspenglow"), The Beach Boys ("Little Saint Nick"), Kenny Loggins (Celebrate Me Home"), along with many holiday favorite compositions like "Home For The Holidays" and "White Christmas".  Scott brings the Christmas message of Jesus' birth to light through traditional hymns and contemporary Christian songs from Steven Curtis Chapman ("A Strange Way To Save The World"), a song story through Josephs eyes, and Casting Crowns ("While You Were Sleeping") and Chris Rice ("Go Light Your World"), songs that are sure to put His light into everyone's heart.

Ricky Nye                                                                                                           Ricky brings you Christmas Classics performed on the piano, be it jazzy ("Let It Snow"), boogie woogie ("Santa Claus Is Coming To Town"), spiritual ("O Holy Night"), or ballads ("The Christmas Song", "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas")- many more, including selections from "A Charlie Brown Christmas". Brighten up your holiday season with this fun and entertaining program! 

Russ and Barb Childers
A Bear Foot Christmas:  Appalachian Memories.
Russ and Barb Childers cook up a recipe for an old-time Appalachian Christmas with seasonal tales, regional music, and songs to make it a uniquely eastern Kentucky product. The couple shares songs whose origins were in the British Isles changed during their introduction on the American frontier.  Hear unfamiliar carols such as The Kentucky Wassail Song and The Cherry Tree Carol played the old-time mountain way on banjo, fiddle, and lap dulcimer.  Participants in the Bear Foot Christmas learn traditional game and dances which help demonstrate how hard everyone played when they got the chance!  Gifts were simpler in those far-off days: an orange, a candy cane, or a single homemade toy.  Look for the traditional holiday tree -- a gift to the whole family -- to make a surprise appearance in the program, its boughs hung with pictures cut out of magazines, stars made of tinfoil gum wrappers, popcorn and berries strung in garlands, and real candles on the tree.  Russ relates stories that the candles were a constant worry to the family, who sat nearby with a water bucket at the ready. 

Sally Lukasik
"Fresh-Squeezed Holiday Cheer" with Sally Lukasik, accordionist.  Featuring holiday favorites and sing-alongs, as well as traditional carols, this program is sure to awaken the spirit of the season. ENJOY! 

"Sunny" Nelson
Sunny take you on a trip down memory lane with beautiful songs of the Holiday Season using both piano and vocal renditions.   Sunny's program includes the classic holiday songs, including the time honored traditional Christmas carols.  If audience participation is desired, "caroling" to the most familiar carols is an option for part of the program.  She provides a performance tailor made for each individual audience, PLUS she takes "requests." 

Stacey Woolley- Violin
A violinist with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Stacey will entertain your group with a wide variety of seasonal favorites, sing-along's  and requests. His performance can be either strolling or stationary. 

The Phoenix Woodwind Trio
A clarinet, flute, bassoon trio. Celebrate the Christmas season with the Phoenix Woodwind Trio.  Holiday favorites, carols for singing and other Christmas selections played on flute, clarinet and bassoon, plus good natured humor combine to make an enjoyable and fun experience. Be the first on your block to book us!

Todd Hepburn
Plays a variety of holiday music on the Melodica, a wind keyboard instrument, piano or both. This program consists of Christmas carols, hymns and popular holiday tunes. He can be a strolling musician with the melodica or stationary using the piano and singing depending on your party needs. Facility must have a piano for this artist.


Art Programs

Cheryl Pannabecker is offering three programs.
1. "The Christmas Star"-  We will look at how artists have depicted the Star of Bethlehem through the centuries and will then each create our own Star to be used as an ornament or decoration, using thin metal and assorted colored papers. 

The following are two of her current programs as Christmas offerings. In both programs, participants will learn about the artists, look at examples of their artworks and create a piece of art. 
 2. "A Faberge' Christmas" - Seniors will create a Faberge' Egg Christmas Ornament.
3. "A Tiffany Christmas"- Artists will create a window art Christmas picture.

Holiday storytelling by Martha McLeod
